Job description

  • The remote Services Sales position at NCR Voyix will be aligned to the in-field International Retail Services Sales team to help support services growth initiatives and opportunities across the region.
  • The position will be based in Serbia with an expectation to work from the Belgrade office for a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Required to partner with Services Sales Consultants to develop service solution opportunities and assist with funnel management; collaborate with the service delivery team to develop optimal service solutions and act as the Subject Matter Expert around service solutions to the customer
  • Primary goal to remotely execute key processes required for large opportunities and existing account expansion in support of the Services Sales Consultant
  • Additional expectation to solely manage smaller Transactional Services (TS) and Hardware Maintenance (HWM) deals
  • Involved with sales development activities, proposals, demos, presentations, etc.
  • Partner with other business units to expand cross-sell opportunities; identify target opportunities across existing and new prospects
  • Participate in bid reviews and adhere to the global governance processes
  • Ability to travel 10% to 15% of the time, including international


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills, additional French and/or Italian language preferable
  • Team collaboration skills
  • Individually motivated and self-directed
  • Strong planning and analysis skills
  • High level of creativity, able to provide unique solutions to a wide variety of challenges
