Kornerstone, a subsidiary of Garff Enterprises, Inc., is a rapidly growing automotive consulting & administrative services firm. We provide aftermarket products and services to car dealerships nationwide. We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Service Contract Claims Administrator who will continue our legacy of exceptional service for clients in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, with our tire, key, dent, windshield programs.

Required Skills:

  • Automotive repair knowledge (general to excellent)
  • Superior phone, communication, and customer relation skills, including conflict resolution
  • Problem-solving, both independent and collaborative
  • Computer proficiency.  Reynolds and Reynolds and/or Tekion experience is a plus
  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Complete honesty and integrity

*Spanish-speaking ability is a BIG plus!

Job Description:

The Service Contract Claims Administrator will perform the following:

  • Claims processing and service contract support (primary)
    • Receive, organize, and review service contract claims
    • Approve payments for network and non-network claims
  • Phone support (primary)
    • Receive and process phone calls, faxes, and emails from repair shops, contract holders, accounting offices, F&I offices
    • Handle customer complaints and other inquiries
  • Reporting and analysis (secondary)
    • Report monthly claims data to appropriate departments
    • Analyze claims data for trends and controls
    • Participate in underwriting for contract pricing as needed
  • Other tasks as assigned
