What We Do

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven SEO/AIO Manager with strong B2B experience to lead our search optimization efforts across organic and AI-driven platforms. This role will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence, driving qualified traffic, and enhancing content performance through advanced analytics and optimization strategies.

What You'll Do:

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with B2B marketing goals.
  • Optimize website architecture, content, and metadata for search visibility and performance.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical audits.

AIO (AI Optimization)
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI search trends (e.g., SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini) and optimize content for AI-driven discovery.
  • Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with AI search behaviors and semantic relevance.

Content Development & Performance

  • Build and develop content for thought leadership, product pages, and campaigns across multiple brand verticals.
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align content strategy for thought leadership, product pages, and campaigns.
  • Use analytics to identify content gaps, opportunities, and performance improvements.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report monthly on SEO/AIO KPIs, including traffic, rankings, conversions, and engagement.
  • Use tools like GA4, SEMrush, HubSpot, Salesforce and Search Console to drive insights and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with web development, UX, and demand generation teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital touchpoints.
  • Educate internal stakeholders on SEO/AIO trends and performance.


What You'll Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven success in developing and executing SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
  • Experienced with AI search technologies and optimization techniques.
  • Ability to develop and write content for thought leadership, product pages, and campaigns across multiple brand verticals to improve SEO and AIO.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with SEO tools and web analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Experience in content strategy and development for B2B audiences.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and evolve with SEO and AIO trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand verticals and prioritize effectively.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently while driving initiatives forward.
  • Understanding of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI content generation tools and their impact on search preferred.

Pay Range: $95,350.00 - $127,125.00 annually

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.  Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
