Job Description

Located at our Indianapolis, IN Facility, the Sr. Warehouse Associate will be responsible for warehousing support related to domestic and international shipping and distribution of clinical trial and commercial products for RayzeBio programs.  In this role, the Sr. Warehouse Associate shall provide tactile support for all clinical trial and future commercial receiving, material handling, shipping and distribution activities for products manufactured internally at RayzeBio.  Sr. Associate will be responsible for learning Visual Inspection duties and complete them on a recurring basis.  Responsibilities also include supporting the implementation of the Supply Chain department procedures: logistics, warehousing, and materials management.  Additionally, Sr. Warehouse Associate will become one of the subject matter experts (SME) supporting compliance with GXP and DOT regulations as required.

  • Oversee and coordinate the receipt of domestic and international shipments from RayzeBio.

  • Oversee and execute the receipt of incoming materials and ensure proper documentation and handling.

  • Oversee and execute the sampling and dispensing of materials in a cleanroom environment, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

  • Administer activities associated with the material cycle counting program to maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Conduct and verify inspection of finished products (Visual Inspection & Checklist) prior to shipment, ensuring quality standards are met.

  • Provide expert, hands-on leadership in logistics, warehousing, and materials management operations.

  • Ensure strict adherence to policies and standard operating procedures for compliance with DOT and GXP regulations.

  • Assist in the implementation and optimization of the Electronic Inventory System / ERP and L7 rollouts.

  • Lead efforts to commercialize the distribution of current clinical programs upon FDA approval.

  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, setting priorities and monitoring KPIs to ensure compliance and operational excellence in logistics and warehousing.

  • Mentor and train future Supply Chain team members, sharing expertise and best practices.

  • Ensure rigorous compliance with DOT, EH&S, Radiation Safety, and GMP requirements.

  • Familiar with a variety of hazardous materials management concepts, practices, and procedures associated with receipt, storage, issue, and transporting of hazardous materials to include environmental policies and procedures.

  • Ability to lead meetings and strategize daily/weekly/monthly initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • 7+ years of progressive warehouse experience, with 4+ years in a cGMP facility preferred.

  • Extensive experience in domestic and international shipping, including advanced knowledge of customs clearance and regulatory requirements for RAM shipments to ex-US countries.

  • Proven track record in radiopharmaceutical and DOT-compliant shipping, with leadership responsibilities preferred.

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing a cGMP warehouse environment.

  • Advanced experience with inventory control and process improvement initiatives.

Skills

  • Expert understanding of domestic and international receiving/shipping, with radiopharmaceutical experience strongly preferred.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of DOT, GMP, and NRC regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them.

  • Exceptional professional ethics, integrity, and ability to safeguard confidential information.

  • Proven leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while achieving corporate objectives.

  • Ability to oversee and perform daily work in a cleanroom environment with appropriate PPE, setting standards for others.

Compensation Overview:

Indianapolis - RayzeBio - IN: $34.05 - $41.26per hour

The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. Final, individual compensation will be decided based on demonstrated experience.
