We're Looking For:
We are seeking a Senior Vendor Relations Manager with experience in vendor performance management and team leadership. You will be part of the PAR North America Operations team responsible for working closely with recovery vendors to ensure quality performance and compliance with PAR’s standards. You will be involved in cultivating and monitoring customer and vendor relationships, hosting monthly vendor performance calls, and assisting in promotional efforts to vendors.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to use your experience in managing vendor relationships in automotive finance, leading a diverse and remote team, and analyzing data to implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have at least five (5) years of automotive finance, repossession, or collections experience and prior management/supervisory/sales experience.
You Are:
A Strategic Leader. You will lead and oversee the Vendor Performance Managers and Vendor Relations team , providing the guidance needed to meet organizational objectives and develop strategies to improve vendor performance.
Customer-Focused. You will cultivate, maintain, and monitor customer and vendor relationships , always holding the vendor relationship and level of customer service in the highest regard.
Detail-Oriented. You will ensure the quality of performance and compliance set by PAR’s standards , making sure all duties are performed within the scope of applicable laws and regulations.
Data-Driven. You possess the ability to analyze data and provide regular feedback to the Sr. Director of Operations on findings and performance discussions , using insights to initiate change in the operational group.
A Confident Communicator. You are comfortable hosting monthly vendor calls to discuss performance and partnering with internal and external partners as needed for project management oversight.
You Will:
Cultivate, maintain, and monitor customer and vendor relationships and provide an excellent vendor experience.
Lead and oversee the Vendor Performance Managers and Vendor Relations team.
Host monthly vendor calls to discuss PAR’s performance, provide feedback, and initiate change.
Analyze data, implement process improvements, and develop objectives and strategies to improve vendor performance.
Maintain vendor coverage throughout the United States.
Ensure terms and details of Client Service Agreements and Vendor Agreements are executed.
Utilize knowledge of multiple computer systems and software.
Assist and coordinate PAR litigation matters as needed.
Where You Work:
Your work is performed as a remote employee. Quarterly travel is expected to attend conferences and client meetings.
Must Have’s:
Experience: At least five (5) years of automotive finance, repossession, or collections experience.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Basic Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the Vendor Performance Managers and Vendor Relations team.
Work closely with recovery vendors to ensure quality performance and compliance.
Understand and operate within compliance of all applicable laws and codes.
Prior management/supervisory/sales experience required.
Excellent organizational and communicational skills.
Competent Microsoft Office skills.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Compensation Range of
Annual Salary: $80,000.00 - $11,000.00(Depending on experience, skill set, qualifications, and other relevant factors.)
