Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Account Manager (TAM) to drive new business growth and manage strategic customer relationships in the Netherlands, focusing on the Midsize and Large Enterprise market.

In this role, you will be responsible for positioning Mitel’s Unified Communications and Customer Experience solutions, including hardware, software, and professional services, to end-user customers. All sales will be fulfilled through our established network of channel partners and distributors, requiring strong collaboration within our indirect Go-To-Market (GTM) model.

As a key contributor to the region’s success, you will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and proposal development to contract negotiation and solution delivery—while ensuring customer satisfaction and ongoing engagement. You will be expected to meet or exceed your sales targets, maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast through Salesforce, and stay current with product knowledge through regular training and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a successful new business strategy targeting new logo acquisition in the Midsize and Large Enterprise space within the Dutch market.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

  • Proactively identify, qualify, and close complex Unified Communications (UC) and Customer Experience (CX) opportunities, involving hardware, software, services, and subscription models.

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners and distributors to jointly develop sales strategies and deliver customer solutions in line with our GTM model.

  • Work alongside Pre-Sales Engineering and Operations teams to develop tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Deliver compelling proposals and presentations to C-level stakeholders, clearly articulating business value and technical advantages.

  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records of opportunities, activities, and forecasts in Salesforce, ensuring full visibility across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Dutch and English communication skills.

  • Proven experience in new business development and solution selling to C-level executives, ideally in the Unified Communications or Customer Experience sectors.

  • Strong background in selling complex solutions, including Unified Communications, Customer Experience, VoIP applications, and Professional Services.

  • Solid understanding of IP/SIP telephony architecture and data networking principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain senior-level customer relationships and close high-value deals.

  • Experience working within an indirect sales model and collaborating with channel partners and distributors.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for diverse audiences.

  • Self-starter mindset with the discipline to work independently in a hybrid setting and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com for daily operations, reporting, and pipeline management.

  • Willingness to travel 50% or more, depending on business needs, across the Netherlands.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, capable of working as part of a wider Benelux regional team and contributing to shared goals.
