We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and is passionate about enabling high-performing teams. You will work closely with the CPO to drive alignment, remove roadblocks, and ensure delivery of strategic priorities.
Position Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Execution
Support end-to-end project planning, tracking, and delivery across multiple squads.
Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure dependencies are identified and managed.
Maintain and evolve the ART-level roadmap in alignment with strategic goals.
Strategic Planning & Prioritization
Partner with the CPO to define and refine strategic priorities for ART, Go-to-Market and Salesforce initiatives.
Conduct analysis to support decision-making and prioritization of initiatives including quarterly planning.
Operational Excellence
Drive continuous improvement in team rituals, reporting, and delivery practices.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Ensure clear communication of goals, progress, and risks across all levels.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in business analysis, program management, or a similar role in an agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe experience is a plus).
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, and roadmap planning software.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in or supporting Sales, Operations, or Go-to-Market teams.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Background in management or organizational transformation.
Fully bilingual (French/English): The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

Salary range is expected to be between
