In this role, the Senior Talent Sourcer will be responsible for leveraging a variety of sourcing channels to identify and engage prospective candidates, including those not actively seeking new opportunities. Key responsibilities include proactively building and maintaining talent pipelines to address current and future hiring needs, cultivating relationships with passive candidates, and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate staffing requirements. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that vacancies are filled with highly qualified professionals who support Humana’s mission and organizational objectives.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Collaborate with all members of the Medicare team and key stakeholders across various business units to strategically align candidate sourcing efforts with targeted positions.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates and proactively generate qualified leads across multiple markets.
• Focus on sourcing candidates for critical roles, including Registered Nurses and Medical Directors, within diverse geographic areas.
• Conduct, update, and maintain comprehensive research on the competitive landscape, relevant educational institutions, professional associations, conferences, and market intelligence.
• Accurately input and manage detailed and well-organized documentation for all candidates within the CRM database.
• Triage and respond to inquiries received across various sourcing platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Coordinate and execute recruitment marketing campaigns and strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Marketing team.
• Analyze market trends, including compensation data, and provide informed recommendations to recruiters to optimize sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Boolean search techniques to enhance candidate identification and outreach.
• Proactively partner with recruiters to anticipate and meet evolving business needs.
• Manage and maintain all job postings across sourcing platforms to ensure accuracy and visibility.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience with proven success of developing and executive effective sourcing strategies.
• Experience and knowledge of passive sourcing approaches, tools and technologies
• Experience running Boolean searches
• Experience in a corporate recruiting and/or staffing environment
• Requires proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and strong technical ability and able to quickly pick up different systems and databases
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous clinical sourcing experience
• Recruiting experience in the health solutions and/or insurance industries
• Previous CRM experience
