Senior Talent & Performance Management Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Talent and Performance Management Consultant to lead the development of innovative, technology-enabled learning solutions that support onboarding, in-role development, and performance enablement. This role partners with business leaders and SMEs to align training with strategic priorities, leveraging interactive tools and applications to deliver engaging content and measure impact through performance metrics. The consultant will also support enterprise talent initiatives including career development, team effectiveness, and change management.
 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in implementation and management of programs, processes, guidelines, tools, and instruments that support core operations and initiatives such as, career planning and development, talent planning and development, individual engagement and team effectiveness, and change management for a line of business or the company.

  • Review and analyze business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives.

  • Exercise independent judgment to guide medium to high-risk deliverables.

  • Identify opportunities to align approaches and consult on business needs.

  • Recognize interpersonal and group dynamics, understands implications of conflict, supports change and uses root cause analysis to evaluate areas for improvement.

  • Establish and maintain effective partnerships with clients and to integrate and align initiatives to close the gap between current and desired future state.

  • Influence scorecard metrics and coaching behaviors that drive progress toward individual, marketplace and advocacy goals.

  • Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

  • Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.

  • Utilize data and analytics to measure learning effectiveness and demonstrate impact on business KPIs.


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Talent and Performance Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience designing and implementing digital learning solutions.

  • Familiarity with learning experience platforms (LXPs), authoring tools, and performance analytics.

  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills with executive-level stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into talent development solutions.

  • Demonstrated success supporting client-facing teams, including bankers, treasury consultants, and/or sales support roles, with tailored learning and development programs that drive capability and business impact.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment while managing competing priorities.
     

Job Expectations:

  • Position will require onsite presence at one of the required locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule.

  • Occasional travel may be required.

  • Flexibility to support global teams across time zones.

  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
