We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Management Specialist to temporarily lead key components of our global talent processes. This role is crucial to ensuring continuity, quality, and impact across our talent identification, development, and succession planning activities.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the global Talent Management process (9-box grid), leading the 2026 cycle from start to finish — including nominations, reviews, feedback discussions, and follow-up

  • Deliver the Global Talent Curriculum, supporting the development of high-potential employees

  • Drive succession planning for senior management roles (N-2), ensuring robust leadership pipelines

  • Act as JB Advance Ambassador, guiding and supporting the Advance Class of 2026 alongside fellow ambassadors

  • Partner closely with HR teams and business stakeholders, providing advice and coordination throughout the talent journey.

  • Contribute actively to talent-related projects within the wider TA&M unit

Professional Skills:

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of experience in Talent Management or a comparable HR role

  • Proven track record in delivering global talent review cycles and succession planning processes

  • Skilled in engaging with managers and professionals at all levels in an international setting

  • Proficient in Workday (HR Connect) and advanced in Microsoft Office (especially PPT and Excel)

  • Solid project management abilities and experience managing multiple priorities

  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
