Hi, I’m Lauren, one of the Associate Managers on the Talent Acquisition team here at Jane. I’ve been with Jane for over two years, and in that time, our team has focused on hiring exceptional people, creating thoughtful experiences for both candidates and stakeholders, and continuously improving the systems that support how we hire. Supporting a high-growth company like Jane is fast-paced and challenging, but it’s also deeply rewarding. Every hire directly shapes the tools and experiences that help thousands of clinics thrive, and the impact of our work is tangible.
In this role, your primary focus will be growing Jane’s Marketing, Design, and Admin teams (including People and Finance) across Canada and the US. While these will be your core areas, you’ll also support and source in other parts of the business when needed, such as Product or Support. You’ll bring a sourcing-first mindset, proactively finding and engaging great people before roles even open. Partnering closely with hiring managers, you’ll help define what great looks like, shape efficient and thoughtful processes, and deliver candidate experiences that reflect Jane’s values and pace of growth.
