In this role you will
- Provide day-to-day support for the company’s ERP system, CRM platform, and other business applications used for data analysis, reporting, time tracking, document processing, and workflow management.
 - Collaborate with teams across the company to understand business needs, gather requirements, and deliver solutions that support their goals.
 - Participate in implementation projects and write specifications for new features based on business requirements.
 - Test new features and system changes in sandbox, development, and production environments.
 - Identify bugs, edge cases, and areas for improvement before launch, and provide feedback and suggestions to internal teams and external vendors.
 - Maintain and troubleshoot application integrations to ensure reliable data flow between applications.
 - Build and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Salesforce, and SQL SMS Studio.
 - Manage user roles, access rights, and permissions across supported business applications.
 - Keep internal documentation and user guides accurate and up to date.

Your experience
- 2+ years of experience with business applications and user support.
 - Experience with hands-on software troubleshooting.
 - Experience with IT project management.
 - Experience in working with ERP systems, CRM platforms, SQL SMS Studio, and/or Power BI would be a plus.
