Collins Aerospace is hiring a Senior Final Assembly Line Supervisor to support our Interiors products, primarily focused on aircraft seating. In this role, you will lead a team of Field Service professionals and technicians, ensuring high-quality support for our aircraft products. Your leadership will be crucial in coordinating technical support activities, optimizing manpower, and maintaining communication across departments to resolve technical issues efficiently. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team management, and adherence to operational procedures.

This is an onsite role based at the Boeing location in Everett, WA, and is eligible for relocation assistance. This position includes rotating weekend coverage, with additional weekend support as needed to meet operational demands.

What You Will Do

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Field Service professionals on the 2nd shift, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and schedule personnel responding to both normal and critical maintenance and assembly situations.
  • Oversee on-wing maintenance, training, planning, and reporting of product performance.
  • Manage technical support activities including aircraft product rework, installation support, and supplier modification changes or upgrades.
  • Ensure procedures are followed, documentation is accurate and current, and systems are properly maintained.
  • Optimize manpower, time, and equipment resources to meet production and service objectives.
  • Manage technical products, services, logistics, and configurations to fulfill customer and contract requirements.
  • Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements in accordance with customer specifications.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, field changes, and system check-outs on installed equipment.
  • Partner with engineering teams to resolve design issues, evaluate product performance, and implement improvements.
  • Participate in customer meetings to review quality metrics, analyze data, and identify trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing complaints, conducting satisfaction reviews, and driving improvement actions.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Prior field support and/or supervisory experience.
  • Aviation or aerospace industry experience, particularly in interiors or seating.
  • Assembly or installation experience within the aerospace industry, particularly with Interior products or seating.
  • Experience supporting Boeing Flight Lines
  • Electrical knowledge and troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with Velocity and/or CMES programs ideal

The salary range for this role is 90,000 USD - 182,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
