Senior Strategy Partner

Role Purpose
As part of the Strategic Change and Transformation team, within the Group COO function, the Senior Strategy Partner will work with a wide variety of stakeholders across the Group to assess, shape and facilitate the design and implementation of our key strategic initiatives.

On 14th May 2024, it was announced that Flutter would be moving its primary listing from the UK to the US, and its global operational headquarters from Dublin to New York (effective 31st May 2024).
Accountabilities:
Owns complex initiative(s) where it is required to shape and frame complex, cross-functional problems partnering with senior leaders.
Owns and develops strategic evaluations to determine preferred strategic options and solutions across the team’s strategy design and operating model design service offerings/engagements.
Owns the design and facilitation of workshops with senior stakeholders, collating, and assessing data to determine future requirements and strategic choices.
Conducts research and provides thought leadership across engagements with a focus on Flutters strategic priorities.
Develops consolidated outputs of workshops / meetings to guide stakeholders to make informed decisions by providing adequate and accurate amount of information in a suitable format.
Supports business case development to support strategy approval.
Manages and influences senior leaders when making recommendations on critical decisions.
Ensures effective communication and understanding of direction to relevant stakeholders.
Tailors and customises information / data at the right level for the audience involved.
Produces high quality, Ex-Co ready, outputs, proposals, and status updates.
Supports the Associate Director of Strategy Partnering or other senior leaders in the team to achieve goals.
Acts as an ambassador for the Strategic Change and Transformation team across the group.
Key Skills:
8+ years’ experience operating in a similar strategic role within a fast-paced, global organisation and/or management consulting required.
Strong experience in strategy design, operating model design and organisational design required.
Strong research, analytical, problem solving and numerical skills.
Strong business acumen and demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge.
Strong communication and storytelling and senior levels
An excellent relationship builder, who will thrive on working closely with internal teams & partners.
Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
