Kipling Global is looking for a hands-on Senior Specialist, Go-To-Market Kipling Global to join their team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

About the Role

This role sits at the crossroads of product data, marketing operations, and cross-functional collaboration. With a sharp analytical mindset and attention to detail, you’ll manage Kipling’s seasonal Go-to-Market processes, coordinate sample availability, and gather input for ecommerce and B2B product content. You’ll support regional Marketing teams by ensuring timely access to assets, aligning planning, and collecting performance insights. You’ll also oversee the deployment of digital assets via our brand portal, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Process & Marketing Operations

    • Support the Senior Marketing Activations & Operations Manager in building processes and tools to align cross-functional teams and meet key GTM milestones.

    • Create standardized templates for collecting and sharing seasonal insights, campaign briefs, regional plans, and performance metrics.

    • Assist in developing measurement frameworks with VF’s Marketing Effectiveness team.

    • Consolidate regional insights and performance data for Global Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders.

    • Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends and inform future strategies.

    • Conduct market and competitive research to support product positioning.

    • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.

    • Partner with Merchandising to integrate Marketing GTM milestones into the master GTM calendar.

    • Optimize data collection across workstreams to generate actionable insights for faster, smarter decision-making.

  • Go-to-Market Sales Activation

    • Support end-to-end planning of seasonal physical and digital sales previews, collaborating with Marketing, Creative, and external partners to ensure impactful execution.

    • Coordinate stakeholders to streamline communication and keep all parties aligned.

    • Collect post-event feedback to improve future previews and maximize impact.

    • Oversee creation and distribution of global sales tools (e.g., catalogues, presentations, swatches), tailored to regional needs and assortments.

    • Ensure timely delivery of seasonal assets by collaborating with creative and product teams.

  • Brand & Content Management:

    • Monitor regional use of global campaign assets, analyze ROI of hero assets, and guide local teams on best practices.

    • Manage asset deployment via the brand portal, ensuring proper naming, metadata, and accessibility for all teams.

    • Ensure clarity and compliance with campaign usage rights across markets.

    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve services, and simplify workflows by collaborating with Packs Marketing and VF shared services to source operational support vendors.

Skills for success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

  • A few years of experience in marketing operations, GTM processes, product content, or data management.

  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (Access is a plus).

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

  • Fluent in English, with clear and effective communication across teams and regions.

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working seamlessly with marketing, merchandising, creative teams, and external partners.

  • Confident presenter, able to share insights and updates with internal teams and leadership.

  • Solutions-oriented and analytical, with a proactive approach to resolving varied and non-routine issues.

  • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic settings; thrives amid changing priorities and ambiguity.

  • Takes ownership, follows through on commitments, and ensures high-quality delivery.

  • Continuously seeks workflow improvements and embraces change with a proactive mindset.
