The Solutions Engineer is a technical resource supporting our sales teams by:
Leading pre-sales activities such as standard product demonstrations on core products and answering technical questions
Demonstrating a foundational understanding of the company's product suite, use cases and methodology principles
Conducting Proof of Concept demonstrations
Assisting with RFP development
Taking on assigned tasks for the SE team, e.g. reviewing documents such as PoC guides, marketing collateral, RFP content
Confident and able to lead customer conversations, overcoming negativity convincingly
Ability to work independently and also collaboratively in a team environment effectively
Knowledge of solutions engineering principles
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Cybersecurity, Risk and IT expected
Requirements:
2-3 years of technical security software or risk technical sales, pre-sales or consulting background
1-3 years of experience as an analyst in intelligence entities, military or cyber groups
Understanding of threat actor behavior, the dark web, and persona management
Strong client-facing skills, e.g. meeting & presenting to clients
Strong commercial skills including an understanding of the sales process
Excellent written and verbal skills
Bachelors degree
Potential travel - 10-20%
