Our team creates products are built on a mature, cloud-native event-
driven microservices architecture hosted in AWS.
SailPoint is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to help build a new
cloud-based SaaS identity security product. We are looking for well-
rounded backend or full stack engineers who are passionate about
building and delivering reliable, scalable microservices and
infrastructure for SaaS products.
As one of the first members on the team, you will be integral in
building this product and will be part of an agile team that is in startup
mode. This is a unique opportunity to build something from scratch
but have the backing of an organization that has the muscle to take it
to market quickly, with a very satisfied customer base.
Requirements
Deep implementation 2+ years of general experience with GoLang
required.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
Experience with large scale data processing pipelines, in
distributed environments (Kubernetes, Kafka, Rest, DynamoDB,
Postgres. )
4+ years of overall professional software development
experience
1+ years of experience leading systems design
1+ years of professional experience in a multiple-stakeholder
environment
A proven ability to change your own opinions and preferred
methods based on new evidence
Truly excellent written & verbal communication skills,
including the art of being concise
“Conversant” on identity security is a plus
