So, what’s the role all about?

As a Senior Software Engineer,.Net Developer with experience in building high-performing, enterprise-grade applications, able to support ongoing modernization and maintenance of the applications, using .Net framework and native C++.

Engage is a recording platform under the NiCE WCX suite that helps customers record, archive, playback, and maintain interactions of Contact Centers. You will be part of a scrum team that works on mission-critical applications. Developer roles and responsibilities include managing .Net Services including native C++ modules and network-related components

How will you make an impact?

Participate in our product development from ideation to deployment and beyond.

Maintain quality, ensure responsiveness, and help optimize new and existing systems.

Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and build new features on time and to budget. Maintain code integrity and organization.

Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.

Understanding of the Business Change cycle from inception to implementation, including the organization of Change initiative.

 

Have you got what it takes?

Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent from reputed institute

4-7 years of experience working in the software industry as a software engineer (developer)

Strong software development experience in C#, .NET, C++

Database skills: MS-SQL

Knowledge of distributed systems, WCF, networking & connectivity.

Strong knowledge of multithreading, concurrency, code performance, unmanaged memory operations.

Ability to analyze process dumps, network traces, expertise in analyzing unmanaged memory operations within certain applications (potential memory leaks, places for unauthorized memory access)

Substantial capabilities in the domain of analyzing information using logs, network traces, etc. and deducting conclusions within the professional space, seen as a professional by his team and peer community. Has high attention to detail and works well in a dynamic and intense environment.

A comprehensive familiarity and proven experience in OOD/OOP

Experience working with Agile/SCRUM software development methodology

Great initiative - proven ability to tackle projects with a can-do attitude

Self-starter, autodidactic

 

You will have an advantage if you also have:

Experience and knowledge of Enterprise Unified Communications Infrastructures (such as Teams, Zoom, MS Office etc.)

Familiarity with containers, virtualization technology, VMWare, AWS etc.

Experience with Continuous Delivery

Experience working on resolving scalability/performance issues will be an added advantage
