Marsh McLennan is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager with expertise in a wide variety of infrastructure, endpoint, and real estate projects. You will work on several projects across technology in parallel with different stakeholders and sponsors.
This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office
We will count on you to:
Manage complex core technology projects end-to-end to deliver business and corporate function outcomes;
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high degree of satisfaction, with all outcomes measured;
Develop and maintain detailed, high-quality risk and project plans covering resources, scope, schedule, cost, assumptions, and dependencies, updating them throughout the project lifecycle;
Identify and manage cross-project dependencies, working with other Service Delivery Managers to align schedules, resources, and milestones;
Partner with management and cross-functional teams to resolve resource, schedule, or scope challenges, recommending corrective actions and communicating changes effectively;
Collate and track program status information and project artefacts at various lifecycle stages, including finances and resources;
Ensure compliance with methodology, auditing, and tracking of ongoing projects using agreed tools to keep projects on course;
Work with the CTS VMO to ensure adherence to tools such as Planview, Agile Place, Azure DevOps, and SharePoint, maintaining centralised project documentation to meet audit requirements;
Maintain ongoing communication with the team and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities;
Conduct regular workstream and project meetings, documenting and following up on actions and risks;
Contribute to continuous improvement of program/project procedures and processes to enhance delivery;
Plan and coordinate projects and schedules, including application release schedules;
Identify and request project resources, ensuring team members understand their roles and responsibilities; develop and manage resource plans;
Track and report on project status and financials, reviewing data with key stakeholders;
Use Project Portfolio Management tools (e.g., Planview) to manage resource plans, financials, and milestones;
Provide timely reporting and information to support decision-making and issue resolution by Steering Groups, Sponsors, and Governance Boards;
Keep stakeholders engaged and aware of their roles in project success.
What you need to have:
At least 5 years’ experience in a large-scale, complex infrastructure technology environment; financial services experience is preferable but not essential;
A productive professional able to work independently with minimal supervision and engage across all organisational levels, including CxO;
Familiarity with various project management methodologies, tools, and processes;
Experience managing project financials;
Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and limited budgets;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;

Proven experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies;
Experience evaluating and implementing Cloud solutions, with relevant certifications;
