Your Tasks
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned
markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and
stakeholders.
• Conduct regular in-market visits to distributors, project sites, and key
accounts to build partnerships and gather actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain strong distributor and channel networks to
support regional market coverage.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and
customer insights.
• Provide market intelligence to guide product positioning, pricing, and
commercial strategy.
• Support pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations in collaboration
with the commercial team.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and region
performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments (production, logistics, customer
service) to ensure order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute region-
specific promotional materials as required.
• Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events within the
region.
• Additional duties might be assigned.
Your Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing,
International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the
manufacturing or industrial environment with exposure to Africa
market.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export
documentation, and logistics coordination.
• Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in English; additional language is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems:
SAP and or CRM is an asset.
