The Talent Acquisition Team is the hub for applicants to a wide variety of roles across Nordic.  Senior Recruiters develop robust candidate pipelines, evaluate candidates’ skills and fit for existing and emerging Nordic service offerings, and build and maintain strong candidate relationships along the way.  

Key Responsibilities 

The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for, but not be limited to: 

  • Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates in support of the development and growth of Nordic talent pipelines. Design and implement tools and strategies to build and maintain strong candidate relationships. 

  • Stakeholder Partnership: Manage key relationships; partner effectively with leaders and functional teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood and met. Engage with senior leadership on business needs and talent acquisition strategies.  

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation for high-volume, complex, and/or senior-level position needs. Collaborate with internal partners and hiring managers to determine the best candidates for openings. 

  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote the company’s employer brand through various channels, ensuring a compelling candidate experience. Partner with Marketing Team on recruitment marketing projects. 

  • Data-Driven Approach: Manage ATS/CRM information to ensure accurate candidate and job requisition data is maintained. Develops, implements, and analyzes metrics and forecasting plans to measure hiring effectiveness, improve processes, and inform data-driven recruitment strategies. 

  • Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the hiring process to ensure a diverse talent pipeline.  

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, talent market insights, and competitive benchmarking to inform hiring strategies, and proactively. Shares expertise and insights to enhance team capabilities and drive innovation.   

  • Process Improvement: Spearhead team initiatives to refine and enhance recruitment processes and workflows that improve efficiency and candidate experience.   

  • Subject Matter and Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for one or more of Nordic’s recruitment tools, processes, and platforms. 

  • Mentorship: Mentor junior teammates, providing guidance, support, and professional development to foster the overall growth and success of our talent acquisition and delivery functions. 

  • Make It About We: Work on projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary, directed, assigned, or requested. 

Skills and Experience 

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience across multiple functions and seniority levels required 

  • Healthcare IT or healthcare industry recruiting experience strongly preferred  

  • Deep understanding of industry-specific talent market trends, recruiting strategy development, candidate sourcing and pipelining, and assessment/selection processes 

  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence and build relationships at all levels 

  • Expertise in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms (e.g. LinkedIn or similar), and other recruitment tools 

  • Ability to effectively monitor all tasks associated with candidate recruitment and selection at various stages of the process, which requires strong attention to detail 

  • Experience in employer branding and candidate experience enhancement 

  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in talent acquisition 

  • Post-secondary education preferred, or additional years of experience in lieu of a degree 

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

Additional Details

  • Position is remote

  • Occasional travel up to 10% of the time
