Iron Mountain is seeking a highly motivated Outsourced Senior Records Analyst to join our Records & Information Management team. This is a critical remote role responsible for ensuring the compliant, efficient, and secure management of our client's records .

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):


In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of records retention schedules and classification systems, ensuring they align with business needs

  • Conduct regular, proactive audits and systems analysis on electronic and physical records management programs to assess compliance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

  • Provide specialized training and guidance to business units on complex records management issues, promoting a culture of information governance and data integrity.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)


The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of progressive, dedicated experience in Records and Information Management, specifically within the medical, pharmacy, or laboratory field

  • Strong knowledge of records management principles, including lifecycle management, retention scheduling, and critical regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, GxP, or similar data/privacy regulations).

  • Proven ability in analytical problem-solving and technical systems expertise (e.g., using Electronic Document/Records Management Systems or DMS) to manage complex data sets and ensure high data quality.

  • A Records Management Certificate (e.g., IGP or CRM) is a major plus.

Reasonably expected salary range: $66,700.00 - $83,400.00
