The Boeing Global Services (BGS) organization is looking for a Senior Quality Specialist- BGS Auditor and CAPA Focal based in Hazelwood, MO.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Develops scope, schedule, and plans for hardware and system-level audits, leading efforts to ensure compliance with quality management standards, regulatory, and customer requirements. Reports findings to management.
  • Leads cross-functional teams in analyzing process data and workflows, utilizing RCCA (Root Cause and Corrective Action) to resolve complex issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Supports CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) activities, including investigation, documentation, tracking, and verification of effectiveness.
  • Compiles and analyzes performance reports and process statistics to support ongoing process improvement.
  • Leads multi-site groups in developing and deploying company policies, procedures, and metrics to meet program, contract, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepares senior management for enterprise and external audits. Works with minimal supervision.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience
  • 2+ years of experience with conducting quality investigations, Root Cause analysis, as well as implementation and verification of Corrective Actions in production environments
  • 2+ years of experience auditing quality systems such as Quality Management System (QMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), and/or Aerospace Standard (AS9100)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in training and/or mentoring in a technical environment
  • Experience developing quality metrics, design and production certification plans
  • Experience developing and reviewing proposals and contractual requirements

Summary Pay Range: $108,800 - $147,200/Annually
