As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex energy and infrastructure initiatives focused on innovation and sustainability. This role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and strong leadership to coordinate teams, manage budgets, and deliver high-impact results. You will guide multi-disciplinary projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and performance objectives are met.
· Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery, from planning to completion.
· Develop and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
· Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
· Oversee vendor coordination, contract execution, and performance tracking.
· Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous monitoring.
· Track and analyze progress using project management tools and reporting systems.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures.
· Conduct and document regular project meetings and provide timely status reports to stakeholders.
· Manage change control processes, ensuring documentation and approvals are maintained.
· Foster collaboration and accountability across all project participants.
· Capture lessons learned and recommend improvements for future project execution.
The Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, project controls, engineering, and/or construction.
· Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-year, and high-visibility projects.
· Strong financial management, forecasting, and reporting skills.
· Experience leading diverse teams and managing vendor deliverables.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and modern project management tools.
You’ll Stand Out If You Have:
· Experience within energy, utilities, or infrastructure innovation sectors.
· PMP certification or equivalent.
· Advanced understanding of project governance, scheduling, and risk management.
· Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
· A solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
