The Elevate advertising team at Zillow plays a key role in connecting advertisers with hundreds of millions of customers who visit our platforms. We are responsible for creating impactful ad products and experiences that generate revenue both onsite and offsite, collaborating across Zillow’s consumer brands and business lines to ensure every advertiser and customer interaction is relevant and meaningful.

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Offsite Advertising, you will help shape Zillow’s offsite advertising strategy and product offerings. Your work will directly impact how advertisers reach Zillow’s unique audience beyond our owned and operated channels, driving innovation in digital ad experiences and contributing to Zillow’s mission of unlocking life’s next chapter for our customers.

You Will Get To

  • Serve as Zillow’s expert and thought leader on offsite advertising trends and capabilities

  • Own the end-to-end ideation, evaluation, execution, and iteration of offsite ad products

  • Quantify and prioritize opportunities by business impact to develop and maintain a product roadmap

  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and product teams to support ad data collection and metrics reporting

  • Present offsite ad data trends and insights to senior leadership

  • Influence other product teams’ roadmaps to drive ad tests and optimize the core ad experience

  • Work closely with a highly motivated, cross-functional team in an agile environment

  • Communicate plans, status, and outcomes regularly with partners

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $148,600.00 - $237,400.00 annually. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $141,200.00 - $225,600.00 annually. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. Employees in this role will not be paid below the salary threshold for exempt employees in the state where they reside.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or marketing with ad technology and/or ad buying experience of $30M+

  • Hands-on experience building, integrating, or managing Ad Tech products for Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn), CTV, OLV, and OOH technologies

  • Strong understanding of industry standards (e.g., OpenRTB, VAST) and the ad tech stack (supply-side and demand-side)

  • Experience with buy and sell side programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Magnite, Criteo) and knowledge of deal structures

  • Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in ad performance through creative testing and iteration

  • Ability to define and prioritize product objectives using data aligned to business strategy

  • Excellent written communication skills, with experience creating high-quality product briefs and presentations

  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and the ability to influence and resolve challenges
