We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to drive high-impact insights across our product experience. This role sits at the intersection of data, experimentation, and product strategy - helping product teams make confident, evidence-based decisions. You will independently own key product areas, define metrics, and design experiments that shape roadmaps. You’ll serve as both an analytical powerhouse and a strategic partner, transforming data into actionable stories that influence product direction and business growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define success metrics and identify opportunities to drive user growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Own the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B and multivariate experiments, ensuring rigorous statistical and methodological standards.
  • Build scalable dashboards, reports, and analytical frameworks that empower self-service insights across the organization.
  • Develop clear, compelling narratives to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, influencing product direction through data.
  • Deeply understand user behavior, combining quantitative and qualitative insights to uncover opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to improve instrumentation, data pipelines, and product analytics tooling.
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation, statistical rigor, and continuous learning within the analytics organization.

What you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science in a marketing-adjacent, e-commerce, or B2C environment.
  • Strong experience in SQL (BigQuery a plus) and proficiency with Python or R for analysis and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation - designing, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests and quasi-experiments.
  • Deep knowledge of product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar; experience designing event taxonomies and tracking plans.
  • Strong understanding of statistical methods, including regression, confidence intervals, and causal inference concepts.
  • Skilled in data visualization and storytelling using tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Proven ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort level presenting to senior leadership.

What makes you stand out:

  • Experience in a consumer-facing tech or B2C app environment (Fantasy, FinTech or gaming a plus).
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and modern data stacks
  • Experience mentoring analysts and shaping analytical best practices across teams.
  • Passion for using data to drive great product decisions and user experiences.

Where you’ll live:

  • This is a hybrid position based at our PrizePicks headquarters in Atlanta, GA. #LI-Hybrid

Benefits you’ll receive:

In addition to your great compensation package, full-time employees will be eligible for the following perks:

  • Company-subsidized medical, dental, & vision plans
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Annual bonus
  • Flexible PTO to encourage a healthy work/life balance (2 weeks STRONGLY encouraged!)
  • Generous paid leave programs, including 16-week paid parental leave and disability benefits
  • Workplace flexibility and modern work schedules focused on getting the job done, not hours clocked
  • Company-wide in-person events and team outings
  • Lifestyle enhancement program
  • Company equipment provided (Windows & Mac options)
  • Annual performance reviews with opportunities for growth and career development
