What We Do
Participates in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and platform services that enable software engineering teams to develop, deploy, and operate applications efficiently and at scale. Responsible for building automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and self-service platforms that improve developer productivity while ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Works with cross-functional teams to understand infrastructure requirements and develop solutions to support business applications. Participate in operational support, incident response, and the development of infrastructure documentation and best practices.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE
- Experience defining infrastructure and platform capabilities using a variety of IaC and automation technologies
- Tests and delivers engineering components on time
- Provides maintenance of developed solutions including regression testing and debugging
- Understands the goals of the customer, business and team and ensures work will have the greatest customer impact
- Build tools and produce technical documentation to improve engineering efficiency and drive alignment within the team
- Experience leading team of engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of engineering solutions for business applications or platforms
- Build test automation suites to ensure the quality of guest impacting products
- Formulates and defines system scope and objectives for assigned projects
- Performs maintenance, installations, upgrades, and other technical duties associated with the support of product applications platforms and/or product systems platforms
- Responsible for top-tier implementation and integration with backend databases
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact- finding to develop or modify internal platform capabilities
- Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Normally requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience
- Typically have 5-7 years of directly related experience
- Having experience working with distributed team is preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)
- Fluent in multiple scripting and IaC languages and platforms at an expert level
- Fluent with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and build tools
- Fluent with networking design & troubleshooting, and microservices architecture
- Expertise with multiple Cloud- based platforms and services
- Experience with various computer platforms and application environments
- Constantly updating personal technical and business knowledge and skills and mentoring others to increase the knowledge and skills of the team
- Must have conceptual understanding of platform technologies and services
- Strong organizational or Project Management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
