Purpose of the Role
As part of the Posterscope Planning and Buying division, the Craft Team is responsible for delivering OOH solutions for any advertisers who have specific location-based briefs, or other very granular OOH requirements. This incorporates local store support, event targeting, regional targeting, and other smaller budget campaigns. We activate campaigns across a wide variety of advertisers, including the likes of The Co-Operative Group, Screwfix, The Gym Group and Wickes. The focus of the Craft team is on delivering highly targeted campaigns as efficiently as possible, making full use of our ECOS, our planning and data management platform. As a Senior Manager you will lead key client relationships and deliver high-quality Out-of-Home (OOH) solutions that meet client, business and commercial objectives. You will have solid knowledge of OOH formats and technology, while learning company tools and systems (e.g., ECOS, OCS, Insight Tools, Liveposter).
Key Responsibilities
Respond to OOH briefs with clear plans, rationale, and growth opportunities; ensure templates and deadlines are met, incorporating audience data and Liveposter for DOOH.
Develop strategies aligned with pricing guarantees, audits, and KPIs; price plans accurately and follow all booking processes.
Load complete and accurate campaign details, costs, and value into ECOS promptly for activation, reporting, and Post Campaign Analysis.
Act as the lead OOH contact for specified clients, maintaining strong communication and delivering presentations on market updates and new opportunities.
Build and maintain effective relationships with media owners to achieve agency targets and identify organic growth opportunities.
Support Craft Directors by mentoring junior team members, managing workload, addressing knowledge gaps, and improving team efficiency.
Proactively identify and resolve campaign issues to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Capture and share best practices and lessons learned, collaborating with Craft Directors to turn insights into growth opportunities.
Qualifications + Skills
Strong knowledge of OOH planning and buying, with accurate use of ECOS tools (Maps, Project, Route) and other industry systems.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently, prioritising workload and resources to meet deadlines.
Skilled in negotiating to ensure strict adherence to pricing guidelines and contractual commitments.
High attention to detail with consistently accurate data entry and documentation across all systems.
Clear, timely communication with the ability to identify, escalate and resolve issues or opportunities promptly.
Maintain a client-ready professional approach in all interactions and build strong relationships with media owners and internal teams.
