We are looking for an experienced HRBP to partner with our R&D organizations, based in Israel and supporting global teams. In this role, you will be supporting our leaders and teams to successfully scale our business, evolve our culture as we continue to grow, and enable our teams to go above and beyond.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner and interact effectively with Managers &Employees at all levels within the R&D organization, delivering value-added services that reflect the business objectives. 
  • Possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast-paced, innovative, and technical environment.
  • Implement change management, communication, and engagement strategies within the supported organizations.
  • Understanding R&D priorities and translating them into an HR approach that supports the business.
  • Actively partner, coach & develop managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions, performance management).
  • Execute on delivery of HR initiatives, balancing global business unit specific needs with local requirements in Israel.
  • Collaborate closely with the global HR team (e.g., Center of Excellence partners, regional HRBPs) to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless HR experience.

 What you'll need:

  • 6-8 years of working experience in an HR Business Partner role in a global company.
  • Experience with a rapidly changing work environment.
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement. 
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
  • Flexibility, fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of drive. 
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results. 
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
