About the Role

We’re looking for a Sr. Partnerships Analyst to join our Revenue Effectiveness team within RevOps. This role will drive insights, operational rigor, and execution excellence across our partnerships business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in revenue-driving operations, GTM analytics, and a passion for automation. Partnership ecosystem experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships Revenue Analytics

  • Analyze data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and actionable insights.

Revenue Effectiveness & Strategy

  • Collaborate with Partner Experience, Finance, Enablement, and customer-facing leaders to optimize revenue processes and systems.
  • Support quarterly planning, target setting, and performance reviews with data-driven recommendations.
  • Design and refine frameworks to measure, manage, and scale partnership sourced revenue.

AI & Operational Excellence

  • Use AI-driven tools to improve partner segmentation and insights.
  • Build scalable solutions and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Streamline workflows and improve data accessibility across teams.

Cross-Functional Enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Enablement teams to align on strategy and execution.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating business needs into operational requirements and system improvements.

Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, ideally in SaaS.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems and channel/alliances models.
  • Experience applying AI in revenue operations (e.g., forecasting, predictive analytics, AI-driven insights).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in tools leveraging tools (especially Tableau, Gong, Salesloft) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect insights to revenue strategy and execution.

  • Implementation of scalable systems and frameworks that strengthen revenue operations.
  • Delivery of clear, actionable insights that shape partnership strategy.
  • Recognition as a trusted advisor to Partnerships leadership and the broader GTM team.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $97,000.00 to $106,700.00 per year.

Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location.  Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
