The global marketing function of Global Payments is responsible for Brand, Product Marketing, and Growth and Revenue Performance for the Merchant Acquirer Solutions of Global Payments.  Our Revenue Marketing team’s vision is to drive growth by putting the customer at the front and center of everything we do and to be accountable for driving the best outcomes for our customers, our employees, and our business. About the Role:

We’re seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Paid Media Manager with a strong background in digital marketing and a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes to develop and execute paid media campaigns for a portfolio of products across multiple channels. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution across SEM, paid social, and other paid media channels to drive demand and customer acquisition. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a Fortune 500 global payments company and shape how we scale paid marketing efficiently.  Partnering closely with product, analytics, and creative teams, you’ll design and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable growth efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Lead the development and execution of paid social and digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to maximize operational efficiency of the acquisition funnel
  • Identify new channels, platforms, and tactics to unlock scalable and efficient growth
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership on paid growth strategy and investment decisions
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with agency teams and ad platform representatives to stay ahead of policy changes,  feature updates, beta program inclusion and to maximize performance.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of paid campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, creative assets, and product prioritization to ensure effective performance.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, targeting strategies, bidding approaches, and creatives to improve overall campaign performance and stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Brand, and Creative teams to optimize conversion and improve full-funnel performance
  • Own digital brand strategy activation and execution 

Performance Analysis and Reporting: 

  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (CPM, CAC, CPO, ROAS, etc.) and provide actionable insights and recommendations to continuously improve performance and scale successful campaigns.
  •  Share regular performance reports to senior leadership, presenting campaign results, insights, and forecasts for future growth
  • Contribute to demand forecasts and ensure pacing aligns with growth goals for lead and closed-won targets.
  • Work closely with Campaign Managers, Marketing Ops, CRO, Lifecycle, Data and Sales teams to ensure tight handoffs, shared visibility, and feedback loops across the funnel.

Budget Management: 

  • Manage a seven-figure paid media budget; allocate spend to ensure cost-effective use of marketing dollars - minimizing CAC and maximizing ROAS 

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in a performance marketing or growth role, ideally in a high-growth B2B or tech environment.
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar ad budgets across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, multi-stakeholder decision processes, and global buying dynamics.
  • Experience buying campaigns across multiple business lines (e.g., POS, Payments, SaaS, or similar multi-product environments).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across global and regional teams.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience marketing complex SaaS or payments solutions to enterprise audiences.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory considerations in global payments or financial services.
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to build scalable campaign systems, automate tasks, etc.
