Job Description Summary
Dematic has an immediate need for a Mechanical Senior Engineer to join our Engineering Team! This position requires strong time management, communication, and ability to work within a team are also required. Some project travel will be required (up to 30%) for project scope, building verification, and/or site problem resolution.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will do in This Role:

  • Apply advanced skills to resolve complex problems not covered by existing procedures or practices independently.

  • Demonstrates and applies comprehensive knowledge of field of specialization to the successful completion of complex assignments.

  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures of particular area of specialization.

  • Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and drives resolution of those issues.

  • Understands complex financial aspect of project execution including other disciplines

  • Masters understanding of project schedule including other disciplines. 

  • Able to successfully lead multiple mid size and/or very large/complex projects.

  • Participates or leads in Process Improvement Initiatives.

What We Are Looking for:

  • Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred

  • 8+ years of successful experience in related field

  • Demonstrates significant knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and drives resolution of those issues.

  • Understands complex financial aspect of project execution including other disciplines

  • Masters understanding of project schedule including other disciplines.

  • Able to successfully lead multiple mid size and/or very large/complex projects.
