At ING, we’re not just offering a seat—we’re inviting you to make an impact. Whether you're passionate about simplifying everyday banking or shaping the future of personal lending, we have two exciting opportunities for experienced marketers to join our Product and Customer Marketing team for a 12-month parental leave cover.
We’re hiring for:
Daily Banking
In this domain, you’ll lead customer-centric marketing strategies across transaction accounts, savings, and payments. You’ll craft compelling value propositions and deliver integrated, full-funnel campaigns that resonate with key segments. Your work will enhance the customer experience and strengthen ING’s brand in the everyday banking space.
Consumer Lending
In the Consumer Lending domain, you’ll drive growth by shaping customer value propositions and leading go-to-market strategies for lending products. You’ll define target segments, orchestrate full-funnel campaigns, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes while enhancing the customer experience.
Our ideal candidate is a strategic and customer-obsessed marketer who thrives on turning insights into action. Whether in everyday banking or consumer lending, they bring deep domain knowledge, creativity, and commercial acumen to craft compelling propositions and lead integrated campaigns. They’re a natural collaborator, confident navigating cross-functional teams, and bring energy, adaptability, and a test-and-learn mindset to everything they do.
