The Job:

The Marketing Operations team at WB Games oversees project governance for global marketing initiatives, game launches, and ongoing sustainment efforts. We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Finance Coordinator to help power the operational and financial engine behind our campaigns. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Procurement on purchase order creation, vendor payment, and budget reconciliation. You’ll play a key role in keeping marketing spend organized, compliant, and optimized across some of the world’s most iconic gaming franchises.

The Daily:

  • Manage the full purchase order lifecycle from vendor setup and PO creation to invoice tracking and payment follow-up.
  • Partner with Marketing and Finance leads to track budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial submissions, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
  • Maintain up-to-date vendor and contract documentation and coordinate onboarding with Legal and Procurement.
  • Build and maintain spend and forecast tracking sheets to improve visibility into opex and marketing budgets.
  • Support Marketing Operations initiatives that improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and spend transparency.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to streamline marketing procurement.

The Essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing operations, finance coordination, or procurement within gaming, entertainment, or media.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial systems and comfort managing complex PO and invoice workflows.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking and reconciliation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple deadlines and partners.

The Nice to Haves

  • Experience with project tools (Smartsheet, Asana, etc.) a plus.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $45,151.00 - $83,851.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
