About the role

We are looking for an experienced Campaign Marketing Specialist to take on the role of (maternity-cover FTC). This position is responsible for managing all Groove sequence requests across sales and marketing teams, ensuring impactful engagement strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth. You will be the subject matter expert, reviewing submissions and providing strategic feedback on sequence content and steps. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise a dynamic workload under pressure, and exceptional collaboration and communication capabilities. Experience using AI tools, particularly ChatGPT, is essential to optimise workload efficiency and innovation.

In this role you will:

  • Execute and adapt prospecting strategies to the local market, ensuring alignment with global objectives. Collaborates closely with the regional xDR leader and field marketing teams to set and achieve regional goals.

  • Review all HQ campaigns, providing thoughtful feedback for improvement. Localise and adapt content in partnership with the localisation team, then builds and implements tailored outreach sequences.

  • Ensures compliance with global standards, managing and maintaining the local content library for xDRs, AEs, and regional marketing teams.

  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports and actionable insights to the regional marketing teams and xDR leaders, covering key metrics such as sequence performance, completed activities, and behavioural trends like skipped or overdue tasks.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for regional marketing, partnering with local xDRs to provide best practice guidance and feedback on regional sequence submissions.

  • Continuously test and refine outreach approaches, supplying HQ with detailed feedback and insights on regional successes and challenges.

  • Drive adoption and optimisation of outreach tools within the region, supports stakeholders with training and troubleshooting, and channels local feedback to HQ for ongoing platform improvement.

You have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales enablement roles, with strong exposure to lead generation and sales alignment.

  • Proven expertise with Groove, Outreach or a similar sales engagement platform is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce custom fields and reporting as well as multilingual flow localisation is a bonus.

  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workload and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Exceptional collaborator and communicator, capable of working effectively across diverse teams and geographies.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.

  • Comfortable and experienced in incorporating AI technologies, particularly ChatGPT, into daily workflow and content strategy.

  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring sequence flows are set up correctly, proofed and customer-ready before sending anything out.
