What will you work on?
Lead Supply Chain in Asia in designing, developing and implementing optimal supply chain processes and solutions.
Be a key player in Spin Master Global Digital Transformation program and ensure solutions and processes are optimal and well integrated and collaborated end to end and cross functionally
How will you create impact?
Establish connections and partner with Global Digital Transformation program teams
Bridge Asia team to the directions and latest development of Global Digital Transformation programs
Set up Asia supply chain SME team across functions
Lead Asia Supply Chain team across countries and functions and collaborate with other functions in Asia in Digital Transformation projects
Lead Asia Supply Chain to map as-is processes and corresponding problem areas
Be a key player to designing, developing, and implementing optimal supply chain process and solutions that best fits Spin Master business models and strategies
Partner with projects team and establish priorities of solutions that will build toward the Digital Transformation Program Charters.
Partner with change management team in developing communication and implementation plan
Plan users training and drive, track and evaluate change adoption among user’s community
Project manage Excel project for Asia Supply Chain
What are your skills and experience?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Preferred Supply Chain certified such as CSCP, CPIM by APICS, certified green belt
15 years’ relevant experience in Trading/ Buying Office or EMS/ FMCS Industry, with 3+ years of experience leading change management
Experienced in factory planning and understand of manufacturing operations.
Working knowledge of end to end Supply Chain processes and principles.
Extensive experience and track record in creative problem solving, program management of complex, cross-organizational projects
Expert in SAP, other advanced planning tools, capacity planning and inventory planning, exposure to lean material flow is preferred.
Experience in SAP RISE system or ERP system is required.
Knowledge in BPI and Google BigQuery is preferred.
Experience in Supplier Portal is preferred.
Willing to travel to as required.
Solid experience in fulfillment of highly seasonal, high matrix and innovative consumer products
Solid experience in program management and change management for across geographies and functions.
Strong listening and communication skills and able to identify gaps and brainstorm optimal alignment across team
A team player as well as virtual leader with the ability to persuade and influence peers and upper management.
Highly structured, logical, and experienced in high volume data analytics, visualization, and flow solutions
Open mindset and energetic in driving a continuous improvement
Excellent communications skills in English (spoken and written).
