Are you ready to take on a leadership role at the forefront of the gaming and entertainment industry? Unity Technologies Japan K.K. seeks a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our VIP customer accounts within the global Strategic Partner Support Team. In this senior leadership position, you will play a vital role in the global Unity Customer Success Operations organization, addressing complex challenges game developers face and guiding them to achieve their success goals.
As the Sr. Manager of the department, you will manage and mentor a middle-size group, ensuring they provide exceptional technical support and consultations to our strategic partners. You will cultivate and maintain strong business relationships with VIP customers, directly influencing the direction of the organization by reporting to the VP. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with various of Unity's internal teams to share useful customer feedback and enhance our products and services.
This position serves as a critical link between game development partners and Unity, ensuring seamless communication and effective solutions. If you possess a deep understanding of the global video game industry, exceptional leadership skills, and outstanding communication abilities, we want to hear from you!
