We are modernizing our global Sales CRM experience and embedding agentic AI end‑to‑end—enabling autonomous, multi‑step assistance that plans, acts, and learns across seller workflows. You will lead a distributed team of product managers, software architects and process subject matter experts to define and deliver an AI‑first CRM strategy across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales premium capabilities—Sales Accelerator, Sequencing, Copilot, Conversation/Relationship Intelligence, mobile—and Sales360 program integrations and analytics. Your work will materially improve seller productivity, pipeline quality, and data integrity at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

  • Own vision & strategy: Define a 12–24 month AI‑first CRM strategy with agentic AI at the core (next‑best‑action, proactive prompts, autonomous follow‑ups), anchored in seller journeys and measurable business outcomes/OKRs.
  • Product delivery at scale: Manage implementation and ongoing success of CRM products—(re)defining requirements, sprint planning, and release management across Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and key integrations (e.g., MySales360, FDL, CPQ, Sales Compensation).
  • Portfolio leadership: Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across lifecycle phases (incubate → scale → optimize → retire), balancing foundational CRM hygiene with AI‑enhanced capabilities (Sequencing, Guided Selling, Conversation Intelligence, Mobile).
  • Market & competitive sensing: Monitor CRM/RevTech market (Dynamics ecosystem, generative/agent frameworks) to identify client needs and inform investment bets.
  • Senior stakeholder partnership: Strategically partner with Sales leadership, Global Revenue Operations and regional leaders to understand needs/priorities, shape roadmaps, and drive adoption and change management.
  • Discovery & prototyping: Collaborate with Engineering, Data/AI, and Architecture on feature ideas, experiments, and prototypes to validate value and feasibility; convert insights into release increments.
  • AI safety & compliance: Establish guardrails and evaluation frameworks (quality, safety, bias, drift), human‑in‑the‑loop patterns, and privacy/security reviews for embedded copilots/agents.
  • Team leadership & talent: Provide mentorship and guidance to PMs and PM leads; recruit, performance‑manage, coach, and develop careers. Establish operating mechanisms (roadmap reviews, readiness, post‑launch learning).
  • Operational excellence: Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans; drive continuous improvement, risk management, and incident/quality response across global releases.
  • Data‑driven outcomes: Define metrics, dashboards, and review cadences for adoption, productivity, data quality, and AI impact; ensure telemetry informs prioritization.

Impact & Scope

  • Impacts large functions; leads initiatives requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines (Sales Ops, Data/AI, Architecture, Security, Enablement) and regions.
  • Accountable for outcomes across multiple product areas (core CRM, AI‑assisted workflows, mobile, and ecosystem integrations).
  • Uses managerial concepts and company objectives to resolve highly complex issues in creative and effective ways; may achieve goals through subordinate supervisors (MG1s) and senior ICs.

Education & Experience (Corporate)

  • Graduate Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; or commensurate experience.
  • Typically 10+ years job‑related experience or 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development.
  • Preferred Certifications: SCRUM, SAFe, PMP, ITIL (or equivalent).
  • AI fluency, experience in RPA Automation and high interes in Agentic AI implementation.
  • Previous experience in Sales, Sales Support or CRM Product Management is a plus.

Knowledge & Skills

Corporate core:

  • Agile Methodology, Scrum, Kanban, Sprint Planning, Project/Program Management (milestones, schedules, risk), Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Automation, New Product Development, Process Improvement, JIRA, Software Development.

Role‑specific domain (preferred):

  • Dynamics 365 Sales (Sales Accelerator, Sequencing, Copilot, Conversation & Relationship Intelligence), Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate), CRM data models, and mobile CRM.
  • Cross‑Org Skills (Corporate): Customer Centricity, Prioritization, Resilience, Team Management, Strategic Thinking.
  • Agentic AI and GenAI productization (prompting/RAG, policy/guardrails, offline/online evaluation, telemetry & A/B testing).
  • Integration with sales content and analytics ecosystems (MySales360,FDL, Seismic), pipeline health, forecasting, and data hygiene practices.

Success Measures (Initial KPIs)

  • Seller productivity & adoption: reduction in prep/admin time, AI‑assisted actions per seller, mobile adoption.
  • Pipeline & data quality: lead→opportunity conversion, activity logging completeness, reduction of “shadow tools.”
  • AI impact: guided‑selling usage, sequence throughput/response, conversation‑intel coverage, Copilot satisfaction.
  • Change adoption: enablement completion, regional rollout velocity, feature NPS.

Working Model

  • Global team leadership across time zones; periodic travel for planning, customer discovery, and launches.
  • Partners tightly with Engineering, Architecture, Data/AI, Sales Ops & Field, Legal/Privacy/Security, and Enablement.
