We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Senior Manager, People Development to join our People team in Langley, BC.  

Reporting to the Managing Director, Talent & Corporate Affairs, you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of enterprise-wide talent development strategies that elevate leadership capability, drive performance, and support long-term organizational growth. You will shape learning experiences, succession planning, and career development frameworks that align with business priorities and culture.


You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing leadership development programs across all levels of the organization.

  • Leading enterprise-wide learning strategies, including onboarding, performance enablement, and continuous learning.

  • Building and maintaining succession planning and career pathing frameworks.

  • Partnering with senior leaders to identify talent gaps and development needs.

  • Managing a team of learning and development professionals.

  • Overseeing coaching, mentoring, and high-potential programs.

  • Measuring program effectiveness and refining based on business impact.

  • Ensuring development initiatives are inclusive and aligned with DE&I goals.

  • Serve as the resident expert in Workday Learning, optimizing platform usage and enabling scalable, data-informed development solutions.

You have:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-wide development programs.

  • Strong familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning tools; deep expertise in Workday Learning is strongly preferred.

  • Certifications in coaching, facilitation, or instructional design (an asset).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning platforms.

Compensation Details:

$99,637.00 - $132,849.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.
