As a Senior Manager in Omnichannel Operations at AstraZeneca, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare delivery within the Oncology Business Unit. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and continuously improving omnichannel programs, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels. Accountabilities:
Operations Management:
Accountable for on-time execution and delivery of omnichannel campaigns
Responsible for documenting campaigns in JIRA boards and gathering requirements for execution
Lead omnichannel operations, ensuring optimal integration between various channels
Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges in the omnichannel framework
Proactively seek and implement optimized orchestration and automation processes
Coordinate across Agile Release Train (ART) to align campaign timelines and communicate status and risk
Lead kick-off and assessment meetings with cross-functional partners
Align with Customer Engagement Business Partner on project prioritization and timelines; independently lead backlog refinement, PI planning, and sprint planning meetings
Continuously assess and improve digital processes to enhance stakeholder experiences
Establish key performance indicators for digital platforms to guide operational improvements
Establish protocols for crisis management on digital platforms
Campaign Creation and Execution:
Use CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe) to design and implement automated campaigns
Set up A/B tests and optimize campaigns based on customer responses
Develop automated nurture campaigns to engage customers at various lifecycle stages
Oversee user experience and journey mapping to identify pain points and opportunities
Cross Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Work with stakeholders on requirements gathering and balancing delivery timelines
Serve as a central collaboration point across various teams to execute on Omnichannel strategy
Integrate feedback from external stakeholders to drive continuous improvements
Essential Skills/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
Basic understanding of marketing tactical plans and execution
Experience/knowledge of marketing technology decision making and operating systems – CDP, CRM, AEM
Proficiency in JIRA Kanban board
2-5 years of Marketing operations experience or other Marketing experience
Experience working in collaborative team settings and liaising between agencies and media naive teams
Experience working with campaigns targeting multiple customer groups
Exceptional communication skills, including listening as well as explaining complex ideas and technologies
Independent self-starter with a “plug-and-play” attitude for collaboration
Able to work in fast-paced and evolving environment and navigate through ambiguity that can accompany evolution
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience in the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry
Comfortable working in a multinational corporate environment

The annual base pay for this position ranges from $151,081-$226,622. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
