The High Net Worth Senior Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering a seamless, high-touch experience to HNW clients. Acting as a single point of contact, this generalist manages new business case handling, policy servicing, and trust-related inquiries. The role requires strong coordination, attention to detail, and a client-first mindset to support complex and high-value cases.
Position Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for distribution channels, fostering strong relationship and ensuring consistent, high quality service delivery.
Act as the single point of contact for new business case handling, policy servicing, and trust-related matters.
Coordinate with business partners, internal operations, HNW underwriters, and L&C team to manage the end-to-end new business process—from application submission to policy issuance.
Collaborate with Manage & Review team to handle inforce case change requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of client submissions by collecting all required information and documentation.
Act as the primary liaison for trust-related matters including preliminary case review, trust structure evaluation, and trust documentation handling
Support onboarding of trustees and review of trust structures in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions tailored to HNW client needs.
Identify and drive process improvements that align with our strategic priorities, enhancing operational effectiveness and delivering exceptional client experiences
Required Qualifications:
University graduate plus minimum 7 years of experience in life insurance, preferably in HNW segment
Experience in handling premium financing, trust/ PIC related business, and good understanding of HNW business model
High proficiency in reading and writing English
Good communication and presentation skill
Customer-orientated service
Strong sense of ownership and attention to details
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
