Role Overview

We’re seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to provide strategic technical leadership across our software development organization. This role is pivotal in shaping engineering practices, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor engineering leaders and teams to maximize capability and capacity.
  • Drive operational excellence through metrics, resource utilization, and risk management.
  • Own financial budgets and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Champion change initiatives and modern engineering practices.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership.
  • Ensure adoption of latest technologies, standards, and methodologies.
  • Support availability outside standard hours as part of an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years in software development; 5+ years managing large, complex projects.
  • 5+ years leading development teams.
  • Expertise in Agile and full lifecycle development.

Preferred:

  • Experience with secure, scalable web/mobile apps and distributed systems.
