The Team

This role is part of the Tommy Hilfiger EMEA Marketing team, within the broader Strategy, Content & GTM function. You will work closely to support the Senior Director, Strategy, Content & GTM. Our team sits at the intersection of content strategy and creative production. We collaborate closely with marketing, design, channel-specific, and global teams to ensure campaigns and content are delivered effectively across EMEA.

The Senior Manager, Content Strategy, plays a critical role in shaping and executing content plans by partnering closely with global creative teams, regional business leads, and marketing channels to ensure cohesive delivery aligned with brand ambitions and commercial objectives.

 

The Position

The Senior Manager Content Strategy, will serve as a central strategic lead, shaping a regional content roadmap that aligns brand storytelling with key commercial moments. This role is responsible for building cohesive, globally aligned strategies while enabling regional adaptation and execution to ensure both brand consistency and local relevance.

Partnering closely with global creative, e-commerce, CRM, media, regional marketing, and product teams, the Senior Manager, Content Strategy, will translate seasonal and product priorities into high-impact content strategies that drive engagement, build brand equity, and support conversion across owned, earned, and paid channels. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of fashion culture, digital platforms, and content best practices—combined with a sharp creative eye and strong commercial acumen.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy Lead: Lead content strategy for EMEA, building a regional strategic view and implementing cross-functional projects to enhance regional creative output.

  • Project Management: Lead the planning and delivery of content projects, ensuring timelines, deadlines, and milestones are met.

  • Briefs Support: Review and clarify briefs to ensure clarity, actionability, and alignment with business needs.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a connector between global and regional teams, ensuring consistency, clarity, and smooth handovers of assets and information.

  • Team Management: Manage a team of creatives, project managers, and strategists, ensuring discipline development and personal growth.

  • Content Rollouts: Define content hierarchy, planning, and coordination of asset rollouts across channels (O+O Digital, Retail, Wholesale, Pure Player).

  • Creative Quality Checks / Brand Guardianship: Champion brand guidelines to ensure compliance of all regional assets before rollout.

  • Inspiration & References: Gather benchmarks, references, and competitor examples to inspire the creative team.

  • Content Testing: Own the regional content testing approach, encourage piloting of new formats, and deliver strong feedback loops to improve creative output.

  • Templates & Tools: Manage and update guidelines, templates, and toolkits that enable regional teams to scale creative execution efficiently.

  • Internal Stakeholder Management / Communication: Share project status updates, track progress, and escalate risks or blockers as needed.

  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential issues, propose solutions, and support teams in removing blockers.

  • Example Projects (not limited to):

    • Lead implementation of ongoing content projects (e.g., Evergreen Creative, CRM Newsletter Evolution, Sale Guidelines updates).

    • Lead regional newsletter design and output, ensuring creative editorialization, engaging product storytelling, and a consistent brand tone of voice.

    • Deliver ad-hoc regional creative projects (e.g., Members Week).

The Ideal Candidate

  • 7+ years of experience content management, creative project coordination in marketing.

  • Experience developing content strategy and mapping

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.

  • Deep understanding of creative and marketing processes (campaign rollouts, content calendars, asset guidelines).

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams, preferably across multiple markets or regions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and remain calm under pressure.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with project management or workflow tools is a plus.
