The Senior Manager, Cell Therapy Site and Customer Engagement - Office based in Warsaw - is responsible for the comprehensive onboarding of CAR T therapy centers and for executing the marketing and promotional strategy of BMS products in the field of hematology.
Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Function (Operations)
Target Group:
Hospital staff (CAR T centers), including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, operational personnel, laboratories, logistics, and hospital administration involved in onboarding and operational processes related to CAR T therapies.
Scope of Activities:
Coordination of the CAR T center onboarding process (qualification, activation, training, operational support).
Organization and delivery of training on product handling, treatment process, patient management, and therapy safety.
Implementation and updating of procedures and operational standards in centers.
Management of contracts and onboarding documentation.
Ongoing support for centers in resolving operational and logistical issues.
Monitoring and reporting of onboarding effectiveness and patient service quality.
Ensuring compliance of activities with company policy, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Principles:
Onboarding activities are non-promotional. Materials used in onboarding must comply with CAR T onboarding guidelines and undergo proper approval processes.
2. Promotional Function (Brand Management & Promotion)
Target Group:
Hospital staff authorized to prescribe medicinal products in accordance with applicable legal regulations.
Scope of Activities:
Development and implementation of marketing strategy and brand plans in line with company objectives.
Preparation and execution of promotional campaigns and marketing materials for products in approved indications ('on label').
Organization and delivery of promotional meetings, conferences, workshops, and peer-to-peer events.
Building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and business partners.
Market analysis, trend monitoring, and collection of market and competitive insights.
Collaboration with Marketing, Field, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
Ensuring compliance of all activities with company policy, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
Principles:
Promotional activities must be clearly separated from onboarding activities (separate meetings, materials, communication) and should occur only after onboarding process has been completed (per site). Promotional materials must relate exclusively to registered content and undergo proper approval processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector (marketing, sales, operations, project management).
Knowledge of hospital processes and referral networks; experience in hematology is preferred.
Experience in brand management, product onboarding, and working with sales teams and cross-functional teams.
Fluency in local language and in English.
Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
Ability to conduct trainings, presentations, and meetings with diverse target groups.
High awareness of compliance, ethics, and legal regulations.
