We are seeking a hands-on Implementation Manager with deep SAP expertise to lead and deliver projects as part of our Global Technical Operations Team. - Project Leadership: Independently manage and deliver complex implementation projects for our SAP-integrated Field Service Management system-from requirements engineering and solution design to Go-Live.
- Technical System Configuration & Assessment: Utilize your expertise in SAP ECC CS and S/4HANA Service to evaluate available configuration options, enhancement frameworks (e.g., ABAP, User Exits, BADIs, RICEFW), and integration touchpoints with external Field Service Management platforms. Collaborate with IT and development teams to translate functional needs into robust technical system configurations, while adhering to established system capabilities and governance frameworks ensuring optimal alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Interface & Integration Management: Analyze, design, and optimize interfaces between SAP modules (ECC CS, SD, S/4HANA Service) and third-party applications, ensuring robust system communication and data flows (IDOCs).
- Process Optimization: Analyze and document business processes and technical workflows, focusing on automation, data quality, and system efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with both business and IT stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions and acting as a technical consultant and change manager.
- Data Quality & Business Intelligence: Develop, maintain, and optimize reporting solutions and analytics, ensuring high data consistency and reliability.
- Training & Support: Deliver technical trainings, create documentation, and provide expert support to users and project teams.
- Lifecycle Management: Support application lifecycle including 2nd level support.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience with SAP ECC CS module and ideally SAP S/4HANA Service, including Customizing, technical configuration, and enhancement technologies (e.g., ABAP, BADIs, User Exits).
- Deep understanding of SAP integration concepts (IDoc, RFC, Web Services, APIs) and experience in connecting SAP with external systems.
- Proven track record in technical project management especially in IT/business process implementation projects.
- Strong experience in interface design, data modelling, and system troubleshooting.
- High attention to detail and passion for data quality.

- Assertive and confident in technical discussions and decision-making.
- Team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
- Knowledge in SQL, SAP Field Service Management and Jira considered as a plus
- Fluent in English (German or other languages are a plus).
Education:
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related discipline; or equivalent professional experience.
