Experience:
6+ years of experience in TDS, GST, Ind AS, Compliances, India Adobe, ESIC, PF, stakeholder management, and annual or quarterly auditing and finance reports.
Responsibilities:
Tax Compliance:
Ensure accurate TDS deductions and timely filing of returns.
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including filing returns and reconciliations.
Financial Standards:
Implement and adhere to Ind AS guidelines for accurate financial reporting.
Monitor and ensure compliance with financial and statutory regulations.
Vendor Transactions:
Handle financial transactions with India Adobe, ensuring precise recording.
Oversee compliance with ESIC and PF regulations, including contribution calculations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Address queries and provide timely information.
Audit Coordination:
Lead and participate in annual or quarterly audits.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports for auditing purposes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the mentioned skills.
CA intermediate or qualified preferred;
M.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualifications accepted.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Effective communication for stakeholder interactions.
Proactive approach to staying updated on changes in financial regulations.
Experience in leading audit processes and financial reporting.
