Senior Implementation Professional

About your role:

Join Fiserv’s client implementation team delivering large, technical custom implementations and conversions for merchant clientele. The team drives end-to-end project delivery, ensuring systems integrate reliably with client platforms and meet regulatory and security requirements. This role focuses on delivering high‑priority implementations that enable clients to seamlessly process payments.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage complex client implementations, conversions, and component phases of larger programs to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans, task schedules, resource allocations, risk/issue logs, and change-control processes.
  • Gather and translate client requirements for software development, partner with product and engineering teams to define implementation scopes and acceptance criteria.
  • Coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental teams and third-party vendors to resolve technical and delivery issues.
  • Identify process improvements and opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
  • Interpret and communicate Fiserv products and services to clients, sales, and vendors; provide consultative input on product features and configuration options.

Experience you’ll need to have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing client implementations and conversions.
  • 4+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

 

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Written and verbal proficiency in English and French.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Hands-on experience with PCI DSS compliance activities and assessment coordination.
  • Proven experience in executive communication and stakeholder management across client C-suite and technical teams.

 

How you’ll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experience helps you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
  • This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.

 

Travel:

  • Approximately 5% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected.
