Role Introduction:

As the Senior Implementation Manager, you will be the operational backbone of the client services team, ensuring seamless delivery of client implementations and related  internal initiatives. Your primary goal is to make our implementations as lean and efficient as possible - executing for scale, ease, and success.

You’ll manage the infrastructure, execution, and tracking of complex cross-functional projects — both client-facing and internal — that directly impact patient care and our partnerships with employers, unions, and health plans.

You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Clinical Operations, Engineering, and Commercial teams to bring new programs to life, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard. You will find ways to streamline, reduce friction, and automate to ease the implementation process for all teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of project management, client experience, and operational strategy — and who can balance technical acumen with empathy and communication excellence.

Our ideal candidate has experience in the health benefits space, is exceptional at building and managing complex implementations and operational needs, and thrives in a fast paced start-up environment. You are a strategic operator and exceptional executor who thrives in creating structure and organization in times of ambiguity while making complex systems clear and functional. You are as comfortable running a high-stakes client meeting as you are managing a detailed project plan. You blend empathy, organization, and analytical rigor to deliver outcomes that delight clients and drive business success.

This is a full-time, high-impact individual contributor role that is both internally and externally facing.
