About your team

You will be part of the Global Investment Management HR team with direct report and accountability into the Global Investment Management business.

Being a key strategic HR business partner to the Investment Management business, the team oversees all aspects of human capital management matters, working closely and collaboratively with different HR teams within the organization - country HRs, talent acquisition, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and organisation development to ensure the effective management and development of the talent in our organization.

About your role
 

The Senior HRBP will provide full range of support to the APAC Investment Management client groups. The primary objective of the role is to act as a trusted partner to ensure managers are equipped with the skills to deal with people matters appropriately and achieve desired business outcomes. You will work closely with the other HR Business Partners in the region and globally as well as COE teams to deliver innovative and future driven business focused HR initiatives across the Investment teams.

  • Insights, Strategy and Solutions - translate the business strategy into people focused initiatives, participating in developing and shaping programs to address business specific needs now and for the future

  • Organizational Development - work with managers to gain insights into opportunities for efficiency improvement on people and structure

  • Resourcing and Talent Planning - work with the Talent Acquisition team and participate in recruitment and selection processes to ensure the right talents are brought into the Investment teams

  • Performance Management - In conjunction with the C&B team, undertake market reviews of compensation and work with the business to ensure an efficient management of the year end compensation review process is conducted for Investment teams
     
  • Training and Development - Work with the talent Development team, work with managers to ensure regular talent discussions take place as part of management meetings, and development plans are in place targeting high potential employees and for talent pipeline
     
  • Employee Relations - Manage complex employee relations issues, engaging with managers promptly to address issues in a timely manner and assist in developing employee communication plans where appropriate. Contribute to and lead the HR components of change management and restructuring initiatives, which may include consultation with groups and individuals
     
  • HR Reports and Projects - Participate as an active member of the HR business partner community to identify and share best practice, which in turn will drive continuous improvement
     
  • People Management - Provide coaching and manage a HR Advisor based in Hong Kong
