This is a 3 month fixed term salaried contract, located in Ontario Canada. Preferably in Toronto.

About You:

You are a strategic, highly technical Sr. Integration Consultant specializing in connecting enterprise workflows. Your core mission is to enable our top-tier clients to achieve digital transformation by designing, developing, and deploying scalable integrations for Adobe Workfront. This requires expert proficiency in Workfront Fusion for integration and transaction orchestration, ensuring seamless data flow between Workfront and the full Adobe ecosystem (AEM, AJO, etc.) and various 3rd party applications. You will lead technical discussions, oversee Fusion development best practices, and use your deep understanding of the content supply chain to increase solution adoption and deliver lasting business value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and configure enterprise-level business process solutions using Workfront to achieve client business objectives.
  • Integrate Workfront with related platforms in a content supply and activation chain.
  • Increase adoption of Workfront to solve unidentified client problems, enhancing business value.
  • Lead customers through strategic implementations and develop solution designs that provide strategic value while solving near-term business problems.
  • Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations, automations, and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey.
  • Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery.
  • Oversee Fusion technical development ensuring best practices and scalable process and procedures are adhered to.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions.
  • Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations.
  • Collaborate with project teams on project plans, design documents, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and other artifacts aligned with implementation requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality consulting services for Workfront implementation and go-live success.
  • Serve as a business process workflow/configuration SME for clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide knowledge resources and escalation support for clients.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and implementation methodologies.
  • Be willing and able to travel up to 20% (and occasionally up to $50% for specific engagements) to support client needs.

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree and proven business process consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of experience as an onsite business process/management consultant, specifically with Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
  • Understanding and experience with the larger Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products, especially AEM, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Campaign, Target, etc.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrations for enterprise organizations (5,000+ employees).
  • Proven ability to develop and document business processes (documentation examples available upon request).
  • High technical aptitude, with experience in API-driven integrations, migrations, and enhancements recommended.
  • Experience working with 3rd party software integrations and proficient in RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship skills, including empathy, effective communication, self-awareness, self-regulation, and motivation.
  • Strong analytical skills to draw connections between disparate problems and solutions.
  • The ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize your personal workload effectively.
  • Leadership skills to drive adoption over complexity and perfection.
  • A strong desire to learn and teach others.
